I TOLD HIM, YES, I KNOW I WAS TOO EXCESSIVE! So I decided to go to the loanadmin page and pay when it is. I don`t trust them to withdraw payments from my account, which they weren`t anyway! Gather it, guys! I`m going to degenerate to Gregory S Tornquist, its CEO, because this madness has to stop. It`s the worst customer service I`ve ever experienced in my life, and I`m a manager of a big bank. I refinance all my loans and I will go elsewhere because it took me time, money and stress.
